Chef Renu is back to Klosters, bringing with her the distinctive flair of refined Asian cuisine.

Our Asian restaurant Vereina RICE is open its fifth winter season, marking a cherished milestone for our house.

Just as during our inaugural season in 2021, we are once again entrusting the kitchen to Chef Renu Homsombat of the renowned Saffron in Bangkok.
Her craft, shaped by appearances in celebrated culinary destinations from the 3-Michelin-Star Schwarzwaldstube in Germany to New York, Mexico City, Bangkok, and the gourmet festivals of St. Moritz and the Rheingau, brings an elegance our guests have long admired.

We are truly delighted to welcome her back into our team and to offer our international and local guests another winter of exceptional Asian cuisine at Vereina RICE.
