Chef Renu is back in Klosters

Our Asian restaurant Vereina RICE is entering its fourth winter season on December, 14th 2024.

As with the opening in December 2021, the Vereina RICE will once again be cooked by star chef Renu Homsombat from the ‘Saffron’ in Bangkok. We are delighted to once again be able to offer our international and local guests Asian cuisine at its finest.

She has already proven her culinary skills at the German 3-Michelin-Star-Restaurant Schwarzwaldstube, Conde Nast in New York City, Millesime in Mexico City, at the top-class Gourmet & Wine Festival in Rheingau, the Bangkok Gourmet Festival, at the 2-Michelin-Star ECCO and at the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival.

It is a great honor to welcome Chef Renu to our team.
