Under the direction of talented star chef Renu Homsombat, RICE delivers premium and authentic Asian dishes using seasonal ingredients. Chef Renu loved helping her mother cook at a young age, in the small family restaurant in her hometown. This sparked her passion for cooking and over the years she developed her skills and repertoire into a celebrated top chef. Today, Chef Renu combines the products of her homeland with techniques from Europe to create a new kind of oriental cuisine.
She has already proven her culinary skills at the German 3-Michelin-Star-Restaurant Schwarzwaldstube, Conde Nast in New York City, Millesime in Mexico City, at the top-class Gourmet & Wine Festival in Rheingau, the Bangkok Gourmet Festival, at the 2-Michelin-Star ECCO and at the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival.
